It is a certificate from a sheikh who give it to a student that this student has completed reciting the Holy Qur’an by heart perfectly by Tajweed rules, so he becomes qualified to recite it to others, and after that this memorizer becomes connected to the Prophet reading, peace be upon him, and one of the transmitters of the Book of God Almighty, and thus the ijazah is a process in which the Holy Qur’an is transmitted from generation to generation And that’s clear on ( level 4)
